2023 Chicago Restaurant Week is here! Each year, Choose Chicago puts on Chicago Restaurant Week. The pandemic had moved the event to later in the winter, but this year it is back at it’s regularly scheduled time, January 20 – February 5. Over 17 days, you can try out over 300 different restaurants in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Since I discovered Chicago Restaurant Week many years ago, I have gone to at least one restaurant (but generally 3-4!) each time. I love to do extensive research on the menus. Are their options available I like? Is it worth the money? Sometimes, you aren’t actually getting a deal. Is it somewhere new that I can try?
Last year, I put together a much larger guide to the event that you can find here. This year, with the event adjusted back to January, it snuck up on me. Below you can find 10 restaurants I think are worth it for the 2023 Chicago Restaurant Week across the city that include a few off the beaten path. If you are interested in checking one out, I highly recommend making a reservation. They fill up quickly!
